Most of what people write in about is on this page. If yours is not, the form on the right reaches a person, not a queue.
When your subscription or trial is set up, we email you the address to install from and the login to use. The address is short on purpose — it is meant to be typed on a remote.
On a Fire TV stick, install the free Downloader app from Amazon's store, then enter the address we sent. On an Android TV box or set, the same address works in any browser or downloader.
If you would rather not do any of this, we sell a box that arrives signed in.
There is none worth the word. It is 24 hours of full access, we do not ask for a card, and there is nothing to cancel. If you do nothing when it ends, it ends.
You get the login by email, so use an address you can open on the sofa.
Whichever you asked for. The links below each open the plans already set to that country, and a household can take more than one — most of ours do.
Go to your account and enter the email you ordered with. We send a six-digit code, it is good for ten minutes, and that is the whole of it — there is no website password to remember or lose.
If your service was set up for you by somebody else, the email on the account may be theirs rather than yours. The username and password from your welcome email sign you in too.
Yes. Favourites, saved films and profiles are kept against your email rather than against a particular set, so a new stick, a replaced television or a second room all arrive with your list already on them.
Sign in on the new set with the same email and give it a moment.
Yes, but we do it by hand so that nobody can move an account by guessing an address. Open a ticket from the old address if you still have it, and tell us the new one.
Your plan allows a set number of televisions watching at the same time — one, two or three. When they are all in use, the next one is turned away, and the app tells you which set is watching so you know who to ask.
It also happens when a television was switched off at the wall mid-programme: the connection can stay held for a few minutes before it clears on its own. If it does not clear, open a ticket and we will release it from our end.
If it happens often, the fix is a plan with more televisions rather than a workaround.
Nearly always the last few metres rather than the channel. In order of how often it turns out to be the answer:
The app reports stalls back to us with the speed it measured at the time, so a report from you is worth more than it sounds — it lands next to the numbers.
Tell us which one. Sources move and occasionally a supplier relabels a whole shelf overnight; we can point a channel at a better feed usually the same day.
There is also a not working option on the channel itself in the app, which reports it without you having to write anything.
On the first run the app downloads the channel list and the programme guide, which is a lot of data on a small stick. After that it keeps what it has and only fetches what changed.
If it is still slow after the first evening, that is worth a ticket — it means something is not caching, and we would want to know.
From $20 a month for one television. Paying for longer costs less per month, and two or three televisions cost more. Every plan carries the whole catalogue — the fights included, not sold separately.
Cash App, Bitcoin, or a card invoice we email you. Whichever you pick, we send the details on the next step and the login follows once the payment lands.
There is no contract and nothing automatic. When your time is nearly up we email you; if you renew, you keep the same login and everything on it. If you do not, it simply stops.
Renew before it lapses and your list, your profiles and your favourites are untouched.
Tell us what is happening and we will reply by email. Say which television and what you were watching — it saves a round trip.
